We do not issue refunds or partial refunds for digital products once an order is placed and the product is sent. All digital media is sent automatically and instantly to the purchaser after the payment is processed.
The digital media does need to be viewed by the purchaser to be considered sent. In other words, you cannot say "I didn't look at it, so I don't need to pay for it".
If a member does not schedule and/or use their prepaid communication minutes within the month intended, the minutes are considered expired. NO REFUND will be allowed.
Once a member starts their pre paid communication minutes and chooses to end the communication early, the communication is considered completed. Once the communication is started it is considered used and is not refundable or partially refundable. NO REFUND will be allowed.
All prepaid communication minutes must be used for the month they were purchased. Minutes do not carry over to next month.
Tips are not refundable or partially refundable. This is true the same way you would not go back to a restaurant and ask for the tip back from your server.
If you set up automatic monthly payments for the Adopt Me package, you must cancel your subscription within 10 days prior to the delivery of the content.
If you set up automatic monthly payments for the Adopt Me package and you do not cancel your subscription within 10 days prior to the next charge date AND you have not received your 1 on 1, 2 way chat conversations AND it was no fault of the Host, you will not be entitled to a partial refund. NO REFUND will be allowed.
If an item is purchased other than digital media whether tangible or non-tangible and you are not satisfied, there will be no full refund or partial refund. We do not guarantee the quality of the products from our members or from third party vendors. You must contact the actual seller and negotiate terms. This will have nothing to do with Adopt A Brat.
Numerous refund requests will result in having your account banned.
